I went to Waco Pool & Spa and I talk to Ryan and he was very helpful on helping me make a decision on hot tub that would be a great fit for me. The tub I picked was delivered as promised but it came in matted instead of glossy which was what I wanted and they had no problem in switching it out for the one I wanted. As a matter of fact I decided to upgrade it to a larger one. Every detail about the Spa was explained to me so that I wouldn’t have a problem controlling it.
